We offer complimentary art expertise to help you find the art you love or make a special custom piece.

Studio Tour
To get a closer look at the pieces, you can schedule a studio visit in San Francisco or a virtual viewing via Zoom. Take a peak at Kate Tova’s studio on this page.
Virtual Install
We provide free virtual installation images of any of the artworks to scale in your surroundings when you email us photos of the rooms along with a couple of measurements for reference.
COLOR
The actual artwork colors may not match the exact colors on your screen depending on monitor configuration.
SHIPPING
Free delivery within San Francisco for artwork purchases over $1,000.
National and International Shipping and Handling Fees are determined by the size of the artwork.
To purchase artworks outside the continental US, email us for a shipping quote.
Kate Tova Studio ships artworks worldwide.
International orders will receive a shipping quote for approval prior to processing and shipping. The orders will only be processed after the shipping fee is agreed upon.
We ship orders within 5 business days of an order received and will email the tracking information once available.
SALES TAX
All prices stated on our website are exclusive of sales tax. Sales tax will be added if artworks are sold and shipped within California.
Purchasers are responsible for any local customs, duties and local taxes required unless prior agreed upon. Please inquire about international shipping, duties and taxes.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
All artworks arrive with a certificate of authenticity.
ARTWORK INSTALLATION
All artworks on canvas and wood panel are ready to hang unless otherwise noted. Works on paper are generally not ready to hang and need framing. The artwork description indicates if a work on paper or board is framed and ready to hang. We do not offer custom framing.
GUARANTEE
Artworks should arrive in good condition. If the artworks don’t arrive in good condition, please notify us immediately and keep the packaging for carrier inspection. Please provide full name, address, and order number so we can process your claim in an efficient and timely manner.
RETURNS
Original artworks are non-returnable unless they do not arrive in good condition.
LICENSING
All artworks are cleared for film and television as well as commercial purposes.
The purchase or rental of an artwork does not imply that the buyer owns the license to use the image for commercial purposes unless requested.
The artist or the estate of the artist maintains the rights to the image unless otherwise agreed upon.
